DOLD SAFEMASTER STS is an advanced interlock system and key locking system that ensures optimal safety in hazardous work environments and protects against unauthorised or uncontrolled access. The system is largely mechanical, resulting in cost savings on cabling and making safety category PLe possible. The unique mechanically coded key system ensures a strict key sequence, forcing users to follow a specific order.

Normal interlock systems usually have a safety category of PLc, but by adding an extra safety switch, safety category PLd can be achieved. The DOLD interlock system comes with standard safety category PLe. An additional safety switch for error exclusion is not necessary.

The interlock system is modularly structured and can be extended with various modules, such as the Power Interlock module, padlock, guard lock, key modules, pull cord switch, etc.

DOLD SAFEMASTER STS is available in stainless steel or plastic housings. The modules are resistant to (extreme) temperature fluctuations, such as shocks, hard slamming, dust, moisture, dirt, and high-pressure cleaning. A non-flush closure of a gate or access gate is a common occurrence in practice. The design takes this into account. The keys and interlock modules are resistant to play or doors that do not close seamlessly.
